Insurance Information

When you call to schedule your initial visit, please have all of your insurance information available. We will try to contact your insurance company and get an overview of your dental benefits. After your insurance has been verified, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. However, services are provided with the understanding that you are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance policy.
